Risk, Responsibility & Educational Disclaimer

Our Purpose
Dfinance is an independent trading education platform created to share practical knowledge, market understanding, trading frameworks, and experience.
Our purpose is to help students understand financial markets through knowledge, logic, observation, testing, discipline, and continuous learning. We do not believe in blind signals, unrealistic promises, or the idea that trading can be made risk-free.
Dfinance is an educational community. We teach a system, share our experience, and provide frameworks that students can study and test for themselves.
Understanding the Power System
The Dfinance Power System is our own trading framework developed through experience, observation, research, experimentation, and backtesting.
The system focuses on identifying and understanding potential signatures of major market participants through price behavior.
We are not a claim that we can directly see the private orders or positions of a specific bank, fund, or institution.
What We Provide
Dfinance provides:
Trading education
Market analysis frameworks
Practical examples
Trading concepts and strategies
Risk-management education
Trading psychology education
Backtesting and practice guidance
Mentorship and community learning
Our experience and observations from the financial markets
Our goal is not simply to tell students where to buy or sell.
Our goal is to help students understand why a market may behave in a certain way and how to build their own decision-making process.
What We Do Not Provide
Dfinance does not provide:
Investment management
Brokerage services
Custody of customer funds
Personal investment management
Guaranteed profits
Guaranteed returns
Guaranteed win rates
Risk-free trading
Guaranteed trading signals
Dfinance does not ask students to blindly follow trades.
We encourage students to understand, test, question, and develop their own judgment.
Trading Risk
Trading Forex, gold, cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, and other financial instruments involves significant financial risk.
You can lose some or all of your trading capital.
A strategy that has worked previously may not work in the future. Market conditions change, and even a well-planned trade can result in a loss.
High risk-to-reward opportunities, including examples such as 1:100 or 1:200+, are possible mathematical outcomes of certain setups, but they are not guaranteed results or promises of future performance.
The objective is not to chase large numbers.
The objective is to understand why a setup exists, where it becomes invalid, and how risk should be controlled.
Student Responsibility
Every student is responsible for their own trading decisions.
Before using any strategy in a live market, students should understand the concept, practice it, backtest it, and evaluate whether it is appropriate for their own circumstances.
You should never trade money that you cannot afford to lose.
Dfinance cannot control:
Your account
Your broker
Your position size
Your risk
Your emotions
Your execution
Your financial decisions
Your final trading results
We provide the system and education. You remain responsible for how you use them.
Results & Performance
Individual results will always vary.
Some students may achieve positive results, while others may experience losses or require significant time and practice before developing consistency.
Examples of profitable trades, student experiences, historical results, or successful Power System setups should never be understood as a promise that you will achieve the same results.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Your results depend on many factors, including your knowledge, discipline, execution, risk management, capital, market conditions, and personal decision-making.
Our Responsibility as an Academy
We take our responsibility as an educational platform seriously.
We aim to:
Present our concepts honestly.
Clearly communicate the risks of trading.
Avoid promising guaranteed profits.
Continue testing and improving our educational frameworks.
Correct or improve information when necessary.
Encourage responsible risk management.
Maintain a respectful learning environment.
Help students understand rather than blindly follow.
We also believe that a professional education system should be willing to test its own ideas.
If evidence shows that something needs improvement, we believe in improving it.
That is part of the Dfinance philosophy:
Learn → Test → Observe → Improve → Evolve.
Community & Student Conduct
Dfinance is built around learning, respect, and shared experience.
Students are expected to communicate respectfully with mentors and other students.
We do not encourage:
Gambling mentality
Revenge trading
Blind copying
Excessive risk
Unrealistic profit expectations
Harassment
Abusive behavior
Misleading claims about results
A successful trading community should help people become more disciplined—not encourage them to take unnecessary risks.
Educational Nature
All Dfinance courses, materials, examples, strategies, and discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided by Dfinance should be interpreted as personal financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
You should make your own decisions and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.
Final Responsibility
We have confidence in the knowledge and systems we teach because they have been developed through our own experience, observation, testing, and continuous work.
At the same time, confidence does not mean certainty.
A professional trader can have confidence in a system while still respecting the possibility of being wrong.
That is the mindset we want to build at Dfinance.
**Our system is our experience.
Our results are our responsibility.
Your decisions are yours.**
Understand the Power. Respect the Risk. Build Your Own System.
