Discovering SMC & ICT

I wasn't satisfied with what I knew.

So I kept searching.

I explored different trading methodologies and eventually went deep into concepts related to ICT, SMC, liquidity, market structure, and institutional trading.

And I learned a lot.

I have respect for the knowledge that exists in these areas.

But again, I found another problem.

There was simply so much information.

One concept connected to another.

Another concept required understanding something else.

Then another model.

Another terminology.

Another setup.

Another rule.

Another exception.

For someone who already has years of experience, that information can become useful.

But when you're a normal beginner sitting in front of a chart, it can become overwhelming.

You don't know what to learn first.

You don't know what matters most.

You don't know which information is foundational and which information is advanced.

And sometimes, instead of becoming clearer, you become more confused because you are carrying too many concepts inside your head at the same time.

I spent a lot of time learning.

I spent a lot of time collecting information.

I spent months studying charts and concepts.

And eventually, I started asking myself another question:

What if the market is not actually as complicated as we make it?
